Experience:
Between her undergraduate degree and her legal education, Ms. Fine worked as a bank examiner, insurance examiner, and financial analysis/stock broker giving her an in depth financial and business background.  Ms. Fine’s business background makes her extraordinarily well suited to provide advice to business people on every aspect of their business.  By staying involved with clients early and often, Ms. Fine is frequently able to assist clients in identifying and resolving potential problems early.

After graduating from law school, Ms. Fine immediately entered the private practice of law first in Utah and then relocating to Las Vegas in 1996.  Ms. Fine practiced for several years in Las Vegas gaining a reputation for quickly and aggressively tackling her clients’ problems.  Ms. Fine is well versed in both transactional and litigation matters allowing her to handle the needs of her business clients from start to finish.

Ms. Fine’s practice has included the negotiation and documentation of complex transactional matters as well as resolving millions of dollars worth of litigated claims.  Ms. Fine’s practice emphasizes business and real estate matters, and she has a long history of bringing matters to a prompt and efficient resolution.

Education:
Ms. Fine obtained her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Utah in 1984 and thereafter obtained a joint JD/MBA degree from the University of Utah in 1994.

Bar and Court Admissions:
Ms. Fine was admitted to practice in Nevada in 1996. She is licensed to practice before the all state courts of the State of Nevada, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
