Rachel E. Donn is a shareholder of the firm.   Ms. Donn specializes in appellate law, commercial/business litigation, mortgage lending, title insurance defense/priority litigation, employment law, banking law, construction law and insurance defense.  She is admitted to the state bars of both New York and Nevada and practices extensively in both state and federal courts.  Ms. Donn has been published both by West Group and the Nevada Law Journal.

After graduation, Ms. Donn began practicing law in New York State where she primarily practiced in commercial litigation, general litigation, and family law.  After relocating to Nevada in 2007, Ms. Donn practiced law with a regional firm in the areas of mortgage banking litigation and insurance defense.  Ms. Donn handled in excess of one thousand (1000) cases for clients ranging from individuals to large corporate entities.

Ms. Donn’s current practice areas include commercial litigation, real estate, mortgage banking, title insurance defense, lien/priority litigation, employment law, family law, and appellate law.  Ms. Donn’s appellate practice has included briefs to the Nevada Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and oral arguments before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Donn graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University where she received a Bachelor of Science.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School.

Ms. Donn is admitted to practice in Nevada and New York. She is licensed to practice before all state courts of the State of Nevada, the State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

While at Cornell, Ms. Donn was a Cornell Traditions Fellow and a member of the nationally ranked Cornell Women’s Rugby Team. In July of 2017, Ms. Donn was appointed by the Board of Governors of the State of Nevada to serve on the six member State Bar of Nevada Standing Committee for Transitioning Into Practice.
