Brian W. Boschee practices commercial and construction litigation in Nevada state and federal courts. Mr. Boschee has represented a broad variety of clients including commercial developers, contractors and small businesses and has ten years of litigation experience including several trials and arbitrations.

James W. Puzey is a prominent Reno commercial litigator who practices in all Nevada federal and state courts. A fifth generation Reno native, Mr. Puzey focuses mainly on the areas of commercial litigation, business law, and alternative dispute resolution.

F. Thomas Edwards has extensive experience litigating in a wide variety of cases, including complex business disputes, employment disputes, deficiency actions, real estate disputes, receivership actions, and landlord-tenant disputes.

Cami M. Perkins is skilled in litigating complex business disputes, including contractual obligations, fiduciary duties, business interference, non-competition allegations, as well as real estate disputes.  Ms. Perkins has taken the lead in favorably settling more than 200 cases.

Glenn F. Meier is an experienced litigator with over twenty years experience in both the Jag Corps and private practice, helping clients in complex business disputes and mediation.

Kimberly P. Stein litigates in both State and Federal courts representing clients in a wide variety of cases with an emphasis on business, including securities, gaming, and intellectual property, both trademark and patent infringement, along with other commercial litigation matters.

Rachel E. Donn is an experienced litigator practicing commercial litigation in both Nevada and federal courts.  She also has extensive experience in mortgage banking litigation and appellate work.

The firm also is fortunate to have associated with it other attorneys able to competently represent clients in smaller litigation cases.
