LVMPD Service Project

Between November 2012 and April 2013, the firm engaged in a two-part community service project that assisted over 1,200 members of the gre2013-04-09 LVMPD - 010ater Las Vegas community!  With the help of several people and organizations, as well as the attorneys and staff of our firm, we provided: (a) 720 basic hygiene kits and other supplies to an elementary school where 100% of the students live at or below the poverty level, and (b) premium hygiene kits and other supplies to over 500 homeless adults and soon-to-be released county prisoners (who often end up homeless and on the streets as well).

We extend a special thank you to dentist Dr. Bradley Peterson (and his assistants), Brady Industries, WalMart, Ms. Ana Herrera, LVMPD’s Homeless Liaison Annie Wilson, LVMPD’s Re-entry Program Officer Magnolia Drew, and other friends and family for their help and guidance throughout these endeavors.  All involved agreed it was a huge success and those who participated gained as much as those who received the items.
