Brian Boschee is a shareholder with Holley Driggs Walch Fine Wray Puzey & Thompson practicing in construction and commercial litigation.  Mr. Boschee has extensive experience handling complex construction and business disputes.

Mr. Boschee practices in the areas of construction and commercial litigation.   He has extensive experience handling complex construction and business disputes.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Brian worked primarily in politics, including positions running a North Dakota Supreme Court campaign and working with United States Senator Byron Dorgan.

Mr. Boschee graduated from Duke University in 1996 with an A.B. in Political Science and History, and he received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1999. While at Duke, Brian was involved with the student government and named to the Dean’s List with Distinction in 1995 and 1996. While at Georgetown, Brian was an editor of the Immigration Law Journal and member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Mr. Boschee was licensed to practice law in North Dakota in July of 2000, and passed the Nevada bar exam in October of 2001.  In addition to the Nevada Bar Association, Brian is also a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Nevada Young Lawyers Association.
