JOHN J. SAVAGE

Mr. Savage’s practice focuses on litigation involving contract disputes and personal injury defense. His diverse civil litigation experience has included medical malpractice defense, wrongful termination actions, premise liability claims, commercial litigation, general negligence matters, and real estate disputes. He has successfully advocated for his clients in the courtroom, achieved defense awards at arbitration, favorably resolved disputes in mediation, drafted answering briefs that upheld dismissals of non-meritorious claims on appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court, and represented judgment creditors in actions to enforce judgments. Additionally, Mr. Savage serves as an arbitrator for the Eighth Judicial District Court’s arbitration program.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio and a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law, Mr. Savage now calls Las Vegas home. In his free time, he enjoys relaxing with his wife and competing at his local CrossFit affiliate.

Mr. Savage’s practice is heavily involved with professional liability defense.

Mr. Savage received his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, majoring in Psychology, from John Carroll University in 2004. He received his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2008. While at law school, Mr. Savage was a Staff Member for the Dispute Resolution Journal.

Mr. Savage was admitted to practice in the state of Nevada and California in 2009. Mr. Savage was admitted to practice in the state of Ohio in 2016. He is licensed to practice before the all state courts of the State of Nevada.
