Brian Boschee is a shareholder and experienced trial lawyer who advises clients in Nevada and across the United States in the areas of complex construction and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience handling contract and other business disputes, including partnership disputes. He has represented clients in more than 75 arbitrations and trials, including trials in state and federal court, and has argued several times before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His clients have included companies in the construction, banking, health care and health services, and marijuana sectors. Brian and his team also handle drafting and negotiating construction agreements for developers, general contractors and subcontractors, as well as representing parties before the Nevada State Contractor’s Board.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Brian worked primarily in politics, including positions running a North Dakota Supreme Court campaign and working with United States Senator Byron Dorgan in both North Dakota and Washington, D.C. Outside of the office, Brian enjoys playing golf, attending sporting events and coaching baseball. Brian also spends time supporting local organizations dedicated to helping people in Southern Nevada like Girls on the Run and the Good Deeds Project.
