Chris Warburton

I work hard to plan ahead – always looking out for my client’s long-term interests.  I strive to anticipate problems that my clients may not have even considered, and establish a framework early on to prevent these issues from taking time away from the things my clients really care about, like growing their business, rather than dealing with disputes.

A Las Vegas native, Chris Warburton advises small and mid-size companies on general corporate and real estate matters.  He has provided counsel on entity formation, contracts, asset purchases, licensing agreements, operating agreements, corporate maintenance, commercial leases, and the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, among other matters. His clients include companies in the entertainment, hospitality, technology and real estate industries.
