Donna DiMaggio


Donna DiMaggio is an experienced litigator representing general contractors and design professionals in various construction actions as well as employers in employment discrimination actions and claims before administrative agencies.  Donna also represents real estate investors throughout Nevada. Her legal experience includes actions involving both private projects and public works projects. She has represented small firms to international companies. One of Donna’s career highlights was obtaining a successful judgment after a three-week trial of a lien foreclosure and breach of contract action against the largest casino corporation in Nevada.

Ms. DiMaggio graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from St. John’s University in New York in 1998.  She received her J.D. from New England School of Law in 2001 having served as Case and Note Editor, New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement.

Ms. DiMaggio is admitted to practice in Nevada, Massachusetts, and Arizona.  She is licensed to practice before all state courts in Nevada, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.

Ms. DiMaggio is a Board Member for the National Association of Minority Contractors – Nevada Chapter.
