“While my primary role these days is as general counsel for the wholesaler and principal purveyor of water in Southern Nevada, I continue to serve clients of the firm by bringing to bear over 25 years of experience in all phases of natural resource and environmental issues. From sales transactions to permitting to compliance to litigation, I’m available to consult with other lawyers in the firm regarding all manner of natural resource and environmental issues that their clients may have – and they can take advantage of my substantial experience in those areas and my understanding of the related administrative and judicial processes in Nevada. I know most of the players in water law in the southwestern states and many in Mexico as well.”

Greg Walch advises on environmental, water, land use, mining, eminent domain, and administrative law matters in the Southern Nevada area.
