BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Jessica Lujan is a third-generation Las Vegas native with a passion for resolving complex legal issues for Nevada businesses. Jessica’s clients benefit from her devotion to service, as she works to find the most efficient and cost-effective route to victory in any legal dispute with open and responsive communication at every step. Her areas of focus include breach of contract claims, disputes between business partners, employment discrimination defense, landlord-tenant disputes, and other business torts.
As a former clerk to the Honorable James C. Mahan, federal District Judge for the District of Nevada, Jessica navigates the federal court system with ease and familiarity. Since joining Holley Driggs in 2019, Jessica has gained extensive experience practicing commercial litigation before the Nevada State Courts, the Federal District Court, private arbitration tribunals, the Nevada Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and Boston University School of Law, Jessica is an avid legal writer and researcher who has successfully prosecuted and defended appeals at both the state and federal levels.
