KRISTOL BRADLEY GINAPP
“My parents had a small business and, growing up, I saw them making all types of business decisions, including how to manage employees. I also learned that a company’s success depends on its people. I know the daily challenges employers face and, while business realities sometimes make identifying and doing the right thing difficult, I am committed to making sure employers know their options and helping them determine the best course of action for their business and their employees.”
