BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Margarita Elias is a commercial litigator advising clients on contract disputes and a variety of business legal matters. Prior to joining the firm, Margarita attended the William S. Boyd School of Law, where she served as a student attorney in the Thomas & Mack Legal Clinic and articles editor of the Nevada Law Journal.
Following law school, Margarita clerked for the Honorable Gloria M. Navarro in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. During her two-year clerkship, Margarita worked on hundreds of civil and criminal cases, researched complex legal issues, drafted bench memoranda, and assisted in conducting trials.
Margarita obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she majored in political science and minored in history. When away from work, Margarita enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and traveling.
