McK​​ay Holley is a dedicated business attorney representing creditors, receivers, trustees, and others in bankruptcy, restructuring, and non-bankruptcy insolvency matters.

Recognized for his exceptional writing skills, McKay is a recipient of the Scribes Award from the American Society of Legal Writers. His attention to detail and ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear manner have been honed during his previous role as a Notes Editor for the Nevada Law Journal.

McKay recently completed a prestigious clerkship with the Honorable Brian Fenimore in the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri. There, he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of bankruptcy law. In addition to his specialization in bankruptcy law, McKay also has a strong background in commercial litigation, adeptly handling disputes and legal matters related to business transactions, contracts, and commercial disputes. Whether representing individuals or businesses, McKay is committed to delivering tailored solutions for his clients.

McKay graduated Magna Cum Laude with a dual bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from Southern Utah University and Cum Laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

McKay enjoys spending time with his wife, Starlee, and his children, Harper and Jackson. He is also a social golfer who strongly believes in mulligans.
