BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Stacy H. Rubin is an experienced business lawyer, helping clients across the country in both state and federal jurisdictions with difficult bankruptcy and related commercial litigation. She represents financial institutions, creditors, and related entities on commercial litigation matters involving consumer finance, mortgage banking, bankruptcy, and real estate finance. 

In the complex realm of receiverships, Ms. Rubin represents clients throughout the receivership process, ensuring competent management and compliance with all relevant statutory obligations, responsibilities, and duties of a receiver.

Stacy received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in Political Science with a minor in Spanish and her J.D. degree from the California Western School of Law. Ms. Rubin served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Ellen Carroll, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California before entering private practice.

When not at work, Ms. Rubin enjoys spending time outdoors hiking Southern Nevada’s abundance of trails and spending time with her family.
